Your wedding commission begins with an initial enquiry or by arranging a Private Design Consultation.

Each enquiry is personally reviewed, allowing us to gain an initial understanding of your wedding before responding.

Private Design Consultation

Every wedding commission begins with a Private Design Consultation, providing the opportunity to discuss your wedding in detail. Together, we’ll explore your venue, your aspirations for the day, the atmosphere you wish to create and your floral investment, ensuring we gain a thorough understanding of both your wedding and the people at its heart.

We’ll also take time to understand your personal style, priorities and the details that will make your wedding feel uniquely yours, ensuring every aspect of your floral commission is thoughtfully developed to complement your venue, your celebration and the atmosphere you wish to create.

This collaborative conversation forms the creative foundation for your tailored proposal, allowing every recommendation and design decision to be thoughtfully considered and tailored specifically to your wedding.

Securing Your Commission

Following your Private Design Consultation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining your floral concept, investment and commission details.

Your proposal will remain valid for seven days, during which time your wedding date will be provisionally reserved.

To secure your commission, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required. Once received, your wedding date is reserved exclusively within our calendar, allowing the creative planning, floral sourcing and preparation of your wedding to begin.

The remaining balance is payable no later than 12 weeks prior to your wedding date, allowing every aspect of your commission to be carefully planned, sourced, prepared, installed and styled to the exceptional standard that defines every FLOWERS BY ANYA commission.

Creative Direction & Design Development

Each wedding commission is personally designed and creatively led by Anya, ensuring the exceptional level of creativity, craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines every FLOWERS BY ANYA commission remains consistent from concept through to installation and styling.

Once commissioned, we develop a cohesive floral concept that responds to the architecture, light, proportion and movement of your venue, ensuring every design decision is thoughtfully considered and every floral element contributes to a beautifully cohesive celebration.

• Material and flower selection

Every decision is made with the full environment in mind.

Production & Styling

Every commission includes a 25% Production & Styling Fee, reflecting the considerable planning, preparation and professional expertise required beyond the flowers and botanical materials themselves.

This includes:

• Sourcing the finest floral and botanical materials
• Conditioning and preparation
• Specialist mechanics where required
• Transport and logistics
• Installation and on-site styling
• Styling adjustments to complement the light, setting and atmosphere
• Coordination with your venue, wedding planner where appointed, venue coordinator or Senior Events Manager where applicable, together with your chosen suppliers
• Breakdown and collection
• Travel, staffing and insurance

Following your wedding, we return to carefully dismantle floral installations, remove hired items and clear the venue with the same care, professionalism and attention to detail given during installation.

Rather than presenting these essential services as separate charges, our transparent approach ensures every proposal reflects the complete professional service required to create, install and style your wedding to the exceptional standard that defines every FLOWERS BY ANYA commission.

Floral Styling & Installation

As your wedding approaches, every element of your commission is meticulously prepared and coordinated to ensure a seamless installation. Whether working within a church, private residence, country house, private estate, marquee or wedding venue, we liaise closely with your venue, estate and management team, together with everyone involved in delivering your wedding, carefully coordinating timings, logistics and operational requirements to ensure a smooth installation while working discreetly and respectfully alongside every professional team involved.

Depending on the scale and requirements of your commission, your floral styling may include:

• Bridal and groom florals
• Parents’ and key family florals
• Ceremony installations
• Wedding breakfast styling
• Table and ambient floral moments
• Statement floral installations
• Cake florals
• Natural petal confetti

From the first floral design piece to the final styling detail, every element is thoughtfully positioned with careful consideration given to scale, proportion, balance, light, timing and the surrounding architecture. Final styling adjustments are then made where required to ensure every floral element is presented exactly as intended, creating a beautifully cohesive wedding that feels effortless, elegant and entirely considered.

Post-Celebration Care

Following your wedding, we return to carefully dismantle floral installations, carry out the breakdown, remove hired items and clear the venue with the same care, professionalism and attention to detail given during installation.

Where appropriate, fresh flowers may be thoughtfully rehomed with family, close friends and treasured guests, shared in remembrance of loved ones, or donated to care homes, hospices and rehabilitation care centres, allowing them to continue bringing comfort, joy and beauty beyond your wedding day. Carefully selected everlasting and dried botanical materials, together with reusable mechanics, vessels and styling elements, are returned to the studio for future commissions wherever appropriate, while any remaining fresh materials are responsibly composted.

This considered approach reflects our commitment to thoughtful design, responsible practices and ensuring every wedding commission is concluded with the same professionalism, care and attention to detail with which it began.

Timings, venue access, logistics, installation schedules and styling opportunities are all thoughtfully considered, allowing every floral element to come together exactly as planned.
