Securing Your Date
To secure your wedding date and proceed with detailed design development, a 25% booking fee is required following proposal acceptance.
This confirms your commission in our calendar and allows us to begin sourcing, scheduling, and creative planning for your celebration.
Creative Direction & Design Development
Once commissioned, we develop a cohesive floral concept that responds to architecture, light, proportion, and movement.
Design development may include:
- Spatial planning

Floral Installations & Styling
Your wedding is treated as a complete floral narrative, which may include:
- Bridal and groom florals

Production, Installation & On-Site Styling
Floral elements are prepared, installed, and styled on site with precision and care.
This stage includes:
- Conditioning and preparation
- Logistics and transport
- On-site installation
- Styling adjustments to suit light, timing, and space
Post-Celebration Care
Following your celebration, we return to carefully dismantle installations and clear the venue with discretion.
Where appropriate and desired, floral arrangements may be thoughtfully rehomed for example to care homes or meaningful locations allowing the flowers to bring joy beyond the day itself.
All remaining materials are responsibly disposed of.

Production & Styling Fee
The production and styling fee covers all non-visible elements essential to your floral design: studio preparation, conditioning and processing of flowers, structural mechanics, transport, installation, on-site styling, and post-event breakdown.
This allows us to focus entirely on delivering your wedding florals at the highest standard, without compromise.
